Summary: Company’s sole PM. Full ownership of mobile app SaaS mobile app (iOS and Android app – from planning to release) securing personal cloud accounts (Google, Facebook, Slack, etc.) and company website. Successfully submitted a grant application to the office of the chief scientist – grant fully approved
Working with C-level to define, manage and execute company product roadmap: from market research and competition analysis, feature specification to release strategy (app store and campaigns)
Analyzing app performance to understand user behavior and usage in order to improve current features and create new ones
Creating detailed PRD based on user research and feedback, mobile app performance metrics including UX prototypes, user stories and persona
Improving user acquisition by optimizing the conversation funnel (organic and paid) with 3rd party apps: Mixpanel, Optimizely, Appsflyer, google analytics etc.
Leading product and technical discussions with potential partner towards release of new products
Planning and prioritizing multiple projects leading design, development, QA and marketing teams to delivery in an agile framework (JIRA) set in sprints
Managing version release process
Defining data analysis spec continuously tracking product KPI (including A/B testing) to improve retention, sales and reduce churn

First Technical account manager in the company; The company offers a cloud-based SaaS image recognition solution for global retail manufacturers
Translating business needs of Fortune 500 retail manufacturers to technological requirements (PRD): web, mobile, API and 3rd party integrations
Scheduling and prioritizing concurrent projects’ development effort in an agile environment combining global matrix and direct team management of development, QA, back-office and third-party vendors
Collaborating with project managers, business analysts and account managers to define required reports and dashboards for BI tool
Defining, analyzing and presenting projects’ KPI's reports to internal and external stakeholders
Supporting pre-sales activities: onsite POC's and training sessions
