The most annoying thing as a product manager is when someone - it can be a user, a friend, a colleague - shares his thoughts on an idea he has about the product you live 24/7. Most likely that you have already thought about it, have an issue about it in your google sheet/trello board/JIRA/magical unicorn that keeps your tickets, just waiting for the right time to ship it to dev (read - when pigs fly).
Well, this blog is dedicated to me, writing to other PM's what I would improve in their product. Annoying as it is, you do need to hear these ideas, to get a sense of the users and what they want. Because I am familiar with the product development process, I only add minor changes that are simple to develop and that don't change the functionality of the product.
